We had a a few hours to walk around Saint-Rémy-de-Provence after we visited Glanum and Saint Paul-de-Mausole. The first thing we did was go to a creperie, where I got the most delicious tiramisu crepe. We wandered around the city (it is basically a circle, so we didn’t get lost this time). We went into a very dark, old church that was beautiful inside. The whole group had to be at a museum to learn more about the historical culture from the area. They had a letterpress printer inside and a ton of old type pieces. After the museum we went to a fancy gelato shop, where I order citron sorbet that came with a strawberry, raspberry, and cone on top. After that we visited a famous chocolatier. I bought two different kinds of chocolate that I have yet to try. Let’s just say I gained about 10 pounds on this trip.
